The Right Path

My spiritual mom often used to quote the game "mother may I". In this game you had to ask the leader of the game how many steps forward you could jump and they would respond yes/no. We'll at this juncture of "Release Me" begin to ask "am I on the right path", can I step forward?

Well I can say for myself that if you are not experiencing an awakening, newness or revelation then it's the wrong path. I read a great article (summary below) on spiritual awakenings and can say that if you are not identifying with any of these 21 signs by now, then you are not on the right path.

However if you are awakening then I would say "step forward"! But the choice is yours. Read more and decide... I will see you in class 😉

21 signs of a spiritual awakening

Here are some signs that you're going through a spiritual awakening or are about to embark on one:

• You feel disconnected or detached.

• You've reevaluated your beliefs.

• Your dreams are more vivid.

• You experience more synchronicities and déjà vu.

• Your relationships begin to shift.

• You feel spirituality becoming an important part of your life.

• You're more intuitive.

• You can sense inauthenticity and manipulation.

• You realize everyone is on their own path.

• You want to be of service.

• Your teachers find you.

• You feel alone.

• You feel more connected to the natural world. Sense of oneness

• Your senses are heightened.

• You may have more bodily sensations.

• You may have physical symptoms.

• There's a sudden change in your daily habits and routine.

• Your outlook on the world feels different.

• Increased empathy.

• You display more compassion.

• You have a newfound curiosity.
