What do you believe about yourself? Is it healthy or not? Do you think highly or low of your decision making. Can you trust yourself? If these answers are no, change your self perception.
If your thoughts are negative, bring them to positive. If life brings a challenge, meet the goals. Be conscious of your emotions and never dwell in the lower vibrations. Wipe your tears and take care of YOU.
Self-awareness is the ability to focus on yourself and how your actions, thoughts or emotions do or don't align with your internal standards.
Pay close attention to how you respond to life. Do you respond negatively to the negative or do you seek to change it. I encourage you to take control of yourself.
Self-awareness also allows us to see things from the perspective of others, practice self-control, work creatively and productively, and experience pride in ourselves and our work as well as general self-esteem (Silvia & O'Brien, 2004). It leads to better decision making (Ridley, Schutz, Glanz, & Weinstein, 1992).
Begin to self analyze and heal your own mind. Let's pray "Heavenly Father make me more concious of me. Holy Spirit teach me to truly listen to what I say about myself and speak positively. Wisdom be my guide as I meet the challenges that face so that I can trust myself more. In the power of Yahshua Hamashiach so let it be🙏🏾❤️"
