Everyday we get up and go into our day with a routine of working, serving others and random actions. This lifestyle lacks "intention and conviction". Begin to set your mind into spending intentional time on your soul work.
From seeking knowledge to singing there are multiple ways to exercise your spirit man. For instance, setting your mind on the spirit. In other words applying spiritual thought before actions. Discernment is "perception in the absence of judgment". This is a spiritual muscle that your should flex often. Take the time to activate the soul.
Dancing is so freeing! Movement truly effects mind body and spirit. When set with intention and conviction movement can increase your spiritual connection. Allowing for your spirit to flow into movement is a healthy mental exercise to resemble flowing in the spirit. So move something!
Another spiritual muscle is peace of mind. Peace is like an internal organ such as the brain. It is attached to the functions of the enter body and to connect with your soul, you must first have peace. Take this spiritual exercise to heart as you will achieve so much aligning with it.
The Most High made you into a tri-fold being not just the flesh body. Never forget that the soul can starve as well as the spirit. Feed it.
