This morning consider what you truly see in others. In a previous class we discussed perceptions. Let’s go a bit deeper and truly see in projections and reflections.

The law of projection is the concept that what we project onto another with an emotional charge is something within ourselves that we haven’t resolved; some unfinished business where love is lacking. This usually manifests in judgments, criticisms, control, shame and blame. It can also manifest as infatuation - where we admire something in another person that we have not yet appreciated in us and often shows up in the form of admiration, jealousy or envy.
The law of reflection is based on the concept that we pick up each other’s unconscious energies and “act them out.” We reflect each other.
Other people in our lives and how we react to them are reflections of our relationship to our Higher Self and where we’re not in alignment with and coming from truth and love.
Projecting and reflecting we are not our own person. Therefore we’re just magnets attracting, repelling and reacting to each other. The goal is correction: To become our own person, open to love, be transparent and live and let live in loving ways.
The correction: To stop projection, reflection and dejection we need to stop judging, criticizing, blaming, shaming, assuming, expecting, and aggravating. That means transforming negative thoughts, self defeating beliefs, emotional reactive instincts, and living with gratitude and love. It’s in the space between the veils that we elevate to oneness. That takes time, patience and a lot of practice. However it's a practice we can all begin today.
“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
