The phrase is "you are what you eat". This is such a true metaphor for the mind. Whatever you feed it becomes the main thought and what you consistently feed it becomes the mindset.
So what do you eat as a daily mind diet? What are the ingredients in your meals. Just like the physical body your mind needs regular exercise and this is not just taking in content. This is what you ultimately "do" and prove to yourself that certain actions bring certain results.
What does all this mean? 🤔
Example: If you feed your mind any affirmation such as "I will commune with God, I am tired, I may not get the job or I walk in purpose".
Depending on what you say once, your mind would analyze this for the moment. Maybe even produce an emotional response or temporary action.
If you declare this everyday, it becomes you, your mind is set into thinking, believing and doing it to prove through actions. You wouldn't have to say it anymore after some time, your mind is set.
So look at your life, what is your mindset on? What is your daily mind doses? Whatever the mind thinks, the body follows.
”Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.“
